Remote Alerts and Monitoring
In addition, we also offer SMARTalert, which is a remote monitoring and alerts system. The SMARTalert system constantly polls all of your equipment to ensure it is functioning correctly. If there is a problem it is instantly reported back to our support team…we can usually resolve the issue without you even knowing about it.
SMARTalert also includes an app for remote power management; so if you need to power cycle a piece of equipment, you can do so remotely without having to go to your equipment rack.
The SMARTalert system requires additional hardware to be installed in your rack, but in return gives you the ultimate peace of mind for your smart system availability.
