Automated Home Remote alerts and monitoring
In addition to SMARTsupport, we also offer SMARTalert, a remote home monitoring and alerts system.
The SMARTalert system talks constantly to your equipment to ensure it's functioning correctly. If there's a problem it is instantly reported to our support team. We can often resolve a reported issue without you even knowing about it.
SMARTalert also includes an app for remote power management. This allows you to turn a piece of home equipment on or off remotely without having to be next to your equipment rack.
The SMARTalert system requires additional hardware to be installed, but, in return, gives you the ultimate peace of mind for your smart home technology systems.
